All shipping options not visible, but no error

    Hello,

    When placing a order there are no shipping options visible, but the customer can place his order. No shipping cost will be applied. When chancing address information, you see the spinner for recalculating but no shipping cost will be added or shown.

    We can fixes this by doing the following: go to the shipping setting page in woocommerce and press SAVE again. After saving, the shipping options are showed and calculated perfectly.

    It happens to us twice in about 2 months. What can be the cause of this? Why would it suddenly disappear and can be fixed by pressing save?

    Using the latest free version of the plugin and the latest WP and Woocommerce.

    Hi,

    We haven’t had any other reports of this happening and I can’t think of any reason it would. Table Rate doesn’t directly control the shipping calculation. It just registers the methods with WooCommerce. Maybe it’s some other plugin conflicting with Table Rate but in that case why would it only happen once a month? Could be some cache somewhere. Without any way to reproduce it or any other info there’s really nothing I can say to help ??
