All settings disappeared!

    I had a post scheduled to go live at 7:30pm EST tonight. It did but the social posts didn’t follow as they did all of last week (FB/Twitter/IG/G+). I went on the website and checked the post only to find the fields for SNAP empty. Went into the plugin settings and it was like a clean install. Also did not show that I had Pro or API.

    Tried updating to 3.6.2. Tried restoring from the Support tab. Went into my R1 backup from yesterday and restored the entire plugin folder but nothing!

    Are the settings saved somewhere else? Can I restore my settings or do I need to start from scratch???

    I did. But as my last ticket from a week ago on an Instagram issue is still unanswered, figured I would post here where some support actually seems to take place.

    Can’t find prior ticket for Instagram issue but figured out login error – IG now prefers username for login in SNAP (entry in settings asks for email address)
