All Rotating Ads Display on Page Load

When adding rotating banners, custom size (728×90), the page on load shows ALL seven banners included briefly before collapsing down to just one and hiding the others.
This really breaks the look and feel of the page and I’ll have to disable the plugin or use static ads only if I can’t find a solution.
