All Respondent Results the Same

I have modified the original test with my own questions & different names for results than Sanguine, Melancholy, etc. Other than that, everything is set up exactly the same in a different test.
The problem I’m having is that no matter how the respondent scores on the scale, they get the exact same result – Choleric (my term: Nurturing).
Even when I’ve taken the test myself and answered the questions so I score high on extroversion, my score still shows the equivalent of Choleric
I’ve tried resetting the results by using the back arrow, but still get the same results.
