Hmm thats a bit weird… please can you try resaving your permalink structure via Settings > Permalinks and let me know if that fixes the issue?

    Thanks,

So it looks to me that it is working fine with the parent categories, but it is just the child categories that are causing errors, is that correct?

I am having the same problem: Genesis template and 2.02 wordpress. Locally hosted. https://www.rdfarms.com and click on “Alpacas Available” I likewise have already tried rebuilding the permalinks.

I did add a parent category (“All Alpacas”)as a work-around that will temporarily give the user an option to see all the animals. However it still does not help with the “All Products” link, which is still there and inoperative.

Whats weird is the “All Products” link takes on the permalink URL of the current category, regardless of the category. If you hover over “All Products”, you’ll see what I mean.

    Any ideas? Thank in advance!!

The exact same thing is happening for me. Any solution to the problem?

Ok anyone having this problem please post a link to your site so I can see the problem and try to help further. At this stage I cannot replicate the problem myself, and users have not provided enough information for me to identify any similarities. So it would be helpful if anyone with the problem can do some standard troubleshooting steps to try to isolate the error a bit further and give me a clue as to what’s at the cause of this.

    Thanks guys.

Hi Again, just had this one crop up again in another thread and turned out the problem there was that the user had not embedded the shortcode [wp-catalogue] on the main page but was trying to refer to it using the url. Please ensure you are using correct shortcode on the main page for the Catalogue and it would be helpful if you can report back if this fixes it for you or not.

    Thanks
