All prices appear as 0.00 after update

  • Hello,

    I have YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons version 1.5.17.1. installed on my website with Pizzaro theme. After update the prices of the options appear all as 0.00 on the front-end (on the website’s product pages). In the admin panel I can still see the actual prices.
    Please give me directions how can I fix this problem as it is quite urgent. I tried to deactivate/delete/install again/activate the plugin but nothing changed.

    Thank you for your reply! Here is a link of a product page where the plugin is being used https://pizza-caruso.com/produkt/%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%86%D0%B0-%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BD-%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%82%D0%BE/ But I cannot keep for a long time non-working features as the website is currently in use for orders. Could you please get back to me when you check it so that I can deactivate the plugin till you come up with a solution?

    please download file you find at following link and replace them to the folder wp-content -> plugins -> languages -> yith-woocommerce-product-add-ons -> assets -> js

    – yith-wapo-frontend.js
    – yith-wapo-frontend.min.js

    Hello,

    The path that I have is wp-content -> plugins -> yith-woocommerce-product-add-ons -> assets -> js. I replaced the files, cleared the cache but it is still not working.

    yes my mistake in the previous reply, the right path is the one you wrote.
    By the way I just visited again the product and by my side now the plugin is working fine, please take a look to my video.

    @yithemes, what is your e-mail? I don’t want to share our link publicly yet. We have the issue with the same theme after the update. Very sismilar to this one. I replaced those 2 files as well, but no luck. Console shows 0 errors, but the prices are not updating on frontend after the updates.
