All previous backups deleted after restoring a backup

    Hi,

    Yesterday (1st Nov 2015), I restored a backup created by backwpup (from 15th Oct) successfully using FTP and PHPMyAdmin. However, some plug-ins, including backwpup, were missing. I then re-installed the backwpup plug-in. All the old backups were gone.

    Is there any way to retrieve the old backups?

    Normely old backups and backwpup will be excluded from the archive. It makes no sence to backup backup archives in a backup.
