All posts in 1 blog get cut off even with 2011 theme and no plugins

I have a blog that ran fine up until about 4 days ago. I tried to make a new post and it gets cut off about 2/3 down. I have tried the following:

different browser
resetting server
disable all plugins
revert to 2011 theme
upgrade to latest WP
check and repair all tables in phpmyadmin

right now:

All plugins are disabled
The theme is switched back to 2011
I also upgraded to the latest version to see if that was an issue – made no difference.

No matter what, any new post (draft or published) gets cut off. The longer the post the less that shows up. 200 words gets cut to 100. 400 words gets cut to 50.

I have 8 other blogs on the same server running WP and none of them have issues like this. I tested 2 of them and publishing works fine of any length.

Normally I can figure out the issue, but this one is very odd. I have made sure I am not using text with hidden characters (aka MS word). I have even copied an existing post from the blog having issues and pasted into a new post and it will get cut off as well.

Any help is appreciated I am out of ideas.
