All posts disappeared, failed login and password recovery

  • Hi,
    in my blog at the address https://www.latitudinesud.it all posts disappeared. When I try to login my password is refused and if I try to reset it, everything seems to works fine about the password recovery, but when I try to login with the new password, it fails again.
    I don’t remember exactly the version of wordpress, but I updated it in the end of June.
    How can I fix it?
