All ports hang…newbie

  • Hi,

    New to macports/porticus.

    Intall seemed to go smoothly. However, I can’t seem to port anything without it hanging. I have tried QtOctave and one of the Tetris clones.

    It goes along smoothly until I see something about checking int64 which fails and then time_t

    After this, nothing new happens. I let it run overnight last night (about 6 hours) without any success.

    I am running Snow Leopard and the latest Porticus and Macports.

    Any suggestions…do I just need to wait longer?
