    Hello emvigno,

    that image is really strange…

    It seems like just one image has been loaded -> all stars look the same

    Without any further information like logfiles or bugs I can just guess that the webserver/PHP is doing wrong. Do you have log files? Can you restart the webserver? Can you please reinstall the plugin?

    Regards

    Hi,

    I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin with no luck. Would you know where I can obtain log files? I am hosted by Namecheap under their EasyWP division, so I am mostly limited to front-end options.

    Thanks

    Most providers have the logfile visible/downloadable via FTP. Sometimes the frontend gives you access.

    Are the other websites where the plugin works correctly hosted there, too?

    If you can’t get the logfiles you could ask the support to send them or check them for you. Because there actually is output I really don’t knwo if it’s logges as an error. Never saw such an error until now ??

    I have another site with the same provider for which I did not use your plugin so I went ahead and installed it for testing purposes. The stars are all grey as well…

    I’ll try to find some logs for you.

    It does not seem to log as an error. I’ll give you a link to the file.

    Hi buddy,

    sorry for late response. Had the flu … ??

    Unfortunately that is not the logfile I was looking for.
    Could you upload a php file which just consists of:

    <?php
    phpinfo();
    ?>

    Please download the output, provide it to me and delete the file afterwards from your webspace.
    Here is a howto with an example: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-create-phpinfo-file-and-check-php-information

    Hope this will help find the problem. Do you know if I can “test” the provider?

    Thx

    Hi vipul.magneto,

    would you please give me some more information? Where can I see the problem? What’s your provider? Do you have logfiles or the output of phpinfo() like I requested from emvigno?
