all plugins stopped working

I had the same issue where I installed wordpress leads because it was a requirement of the landing pages plugin. Once installed, I could not search for new plugins, I could not update my existing plugins, I could not install new plugins. Once I uninstalled wordpress leads, everything returned back to normal.
