• I’ve had this problem for about a week now.

Website is fine, but then I login and sometimes I see all the plugins deactivate so the backend and the front end is empty.
Sometimes I login and everything is fine, but then a few minutes into it the plugins all deactivate.
Other times i login use it for a while and nothing happens.

I can not pin it down to a single thing I am doing. As I said if I leave the website alone it works fine.

So question is how to find out whats causing this issue. As it so random if I were to try disabling plugins one by one I would have to do one plugin per day which would take way too long and disrupt my site too much.

It seems to have happened after a plugin update but I can’t remember which.

    Help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Check to see if your site has an error log. If you do, it will be in the WordPress root and is called error_log. Errors are listed by date and time. If you need help understanding what the log is telling you, post the errors from a time where you had the plugin problem. Don’t post duplicates of the same error and if the errors are quite long, use pastebin and include the link here.

If you don’t have an error_log, contact your hosting company. They will have a php error log and can give you more information about what is happening.
