All plugins except Updraft greyed out on activation

    As soon as I activate Updraft Plus, all of my other plugins are greyed out except Updraft Plus. As soon as I deactivate it, everything returns to normal. Nothing else seems wrong with the site, and I can actually use the links displayed on the greyed out plugins without issue.

    I’m using the latest version of WordPress and Updraft (fresh install yesterday).

    Hi,

    It could be a plugin conflict between UpdraftPlus and on of the plugins you are using. Can you activate UpdraftPlus and re-activate all the other plugins one-by-one? The plugin that you activate last that causes the issue is the culprit.

    I have the exact same problem! I have tried activating and de-activating all the other plug-ins, and also one by one. Activating UpDraftPlus greys out the other plug-ins, deactivating UpDraftPlus makes the other plug-ins visible again (normal black font.

    Could you please take a look at this?

    @erik024 @crawlinson – can you list your plugins and theme?

    @vupdraft After a few days I just activated the UpDraftPlus plug-in again. All of a sudden the problem seems to have disappeared. All the plugins are now visible like they should be. I did’t make any changes. Strange (but okay of course).

    Sorry for the slow reply. I currently have a 403 error on this site so cannot provide provide an exact list of plugins or run tests. From memory, I was only using Youzify (previously Youzer) at the time.

    I also found that switching to desktop resolved the issue – there was a Updraft popup which needed to be dismissed which couldn’t been see on mobile.
