All plugins enabled in Troubleshooting – all good. Upon exiting TS mode – not

Hey!

A pickle. At least for me.
One of the site’s pages Tittles not showing up correctly. It’s a made via Custom Post Type. If you follow the link, it should say “Alus ??irnes” and not “Skirnes”.

– Checked all the things that affect title, even hardcoded it into header.php – no dice.
– Entered the TS mode: as soon as Elementor and Custom Post Type plugins were activated the page were accessible and with correct Title.
– Proceeded to activate all plugins and monitoring the Title. Activated all of them – still correct Title “Alus ??irnes”.
– Upon exiting the TS mode – Title switches back to the wrong one.

Site is built using a child theme of Astra.

WHeeere to look for the culprit? functions.php doesn’t contain any references and… by my understanding it’s loaded in TS mode anyway.
