All Permalink Broken from Permalink WP.COM Migration

I’ve just migrated from WP.COM and then activated the site redirect.

However, the redirect doesn’t work. All of the permalinks direct to file not found (404), so I’ve de-activated the site redirect.

It seems like it’s renamed all my posts by number, the entire permalink naming structure has completely vanished.

For example, this is one post

https://wilkes888.wordpress.com/2012/07/30/photo-album-sushisamba-opening-weekend-54-pictures/

The new site’s equivalent is
https://wilkes888.com/?p=5069

What the hell happened?

Any ideas on how to correct this? Is there a script I can run to rename everything?
