All Pages On/Off & Further Documentation

1) Is there the ability to turn On/Off across all pages at once.

2) is there any documentation about setting this plugin up; for example, how to use all the various Post Types?

I can’t seem to work out a simple counter on a single page, tallying hits on another page.

I have a form. Below that form I wish to show how many people have submitted the form. The only way I’ve been able to work it out is to create a thank you page and try to count the landing on the thank you page in the short-code counter below the form. It’s not working…

Any help would be appreciated.
