All pages end up being my homepage

I originally created my pages & content on the Shuttle theme but switched over to Kavana. Unfortunately, when I went in to edit some of the content on my homepage (through Gutenverse) and ‘saved’, now all of the pages I have (listed in the menu) all show up with the exact content as the homepage even though I did not change the other pages.

When I switch back to another theme, the old content is back again.

I solved it – I was unknowingly creating templates rather than creating a webpage so I ended up turning my homepage content into a ‘Page’ template, which caused my other pages labelled as ‘Page’ to show the exact same thing.
