I just migrated a client’s website to their server and all pages, except home, are throwing up this message:

Error occurred: 404 – not found

    Apache Server at: m1078219-4531.westnethosting.com.au

I re-saved permalinks and checked htaccess. All seems to be in order.

    The website is https://www.littlebendigops.vic.edu.au

    Thanks

  • Same issue, since last update only home is showing.

Mine has been fixed after the .htaccess file was synced on the server.

To sync you htaccess file was synced on the server for those who don’t know how to do it.

    1. Go to the web host admin page and login (WestNet is https://cp.westnethosting.com.au/single.html)
    2. Search for the Manage Website link in the Websites tab on the homepage of the web host admin page (Else click the Websites button up in the navigation and then click the domain name of the website with the htaccess you need to update)
    3. Then click the Web Hosting Settings button (Icon for the button will be a red flag sticking out of the globe)
    4. Then click the Sync htaccess button and wait 15 to 30 seconds to refresh or go to one of your inner pages
