All pages are missing!

Today I was editing one of my pages on my website. Nothing to crazy just adding pictures and text and suddenly all my pages went missing. I go to the edit pages section and there all gone, all the navigation pages to go dead links as well. Oddly the homepage text still is there… even though it does not show up in the edit pages panel. I also dont see anything about the trash can in the edit pages section.

Can someone please help!
