All page show up from once – load order?

  • Hello,

    I have one strange problem (for me).

    My website is show up from once.
    I mean, you need to wait for few seconds and then
    You see absolutely all.

    No widget to load, no images to load, no any other things to load.

    How can I make some “Load order”?
    1. css & text in main content
    2. left sidebar
    3. second sidebar
    4. all other things I have…

    …or something like this.

    Please, help me.

    I’m new in this (php and css).
    I try to turn of all plugins, change themes…
    and there is no difference.

    If you have any idea, please help me.
