    Having orders fail because of some issue with your payment processor isn’t ideal. Anyone would want to find a fix for it as soon as possible. Let’s see what we can do to help you resolve this.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Could you also please check the WooCommerce logs for any critical errors or errors relating to the eway payment gateway? You can check these in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once we have this information we will better understand how your site is set up and can move forward to the next steps.
