• Hi! I’m using the MyCryptoCheckout wordpress plug in with woocommerce. I keep having crypto payments go through, but I’m not getting any emails for the orders going through or being cancelled and when I go into woocommerce, it says the orders were “cancelled”. I have email notifications for orders and cancellations on. Any idea why it would not be getting through to woocommerce that the payments have been made? Do I have to manually approve it somewhere?

    This is most probably due to buyers not paying the exact amounts requested in the order.

    If this is the case, that the buyers are paying exactly as much as requested, and the orders are still failing, go ahead and edit an order and give us the MCC payment ID so that we can check it for ourselves.
