Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear about the troubles with orders which are not displayed after updating WooCommerce plugin to version 3.8. This sounds like a nightmare!
While paid support is not offered here in the support forums – you might qualify for support on WooCommerce.com if you’re using some of the premium extensions:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
If you don’t have an account on WooCommerce.com and you’re not using any of the WooCommerce.com extensions, but you’d like to get someone to fix this quickly for you – you may want to hire a developer from Codeable:
https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
Alternatively, we can continue here, although we might not be able to log in to your site which limits our troubleshooting options.
In the past, I’ve seen similar behaviour caused by multilingual plugins. You could start with a full plugin/theme conflict test in order to find out whether this behaviour is caused by a plugin/theme conflict:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
If that is not possible on your live site – you could reach out to your host and ask them if a staging site can be arranged. A staging site can also be created using a plugin such as WP Staging.
I hope this helps!
