    Looks like with the latest update, now all orders are being declined?
    Here’s the message from our customer service manager…
    I was attempting to use the Plug-In in Woo to run credit cards on Thursday but they all declined. I ran one of them through Authorize.Net, and it got accepted. Which means that for some reason Woo was declining the cards even though the information the customer provided was accurate. Could you look into this please?

    Can you please copy and paste the entire error message along with any details that show up when you click Details ▼ (on the right side of the error message, if applicable)? The error message will indicate the reason for the declination. You can also look up the declined transactions in the Authorize.Net Merchant Interface.

    This was customer service’s response to me.
    Hi Kenny,

    So when I ran the card through Woo, the error message was “Card declined by issuer – Contact card issuer to determine reason.” Then I attempted to run it directly through Authorize.Net and the card was accepted.

    We have not been able to successfully accept cards on the backend of woo since this update?

    Is this issue currently happening with all orders? Can you please check your Authorize.Net Merchant Interface to see if those failed transactions have any additional information about their failure?

    Last time we used the plugin, it was every order declined. We have not been using the Woo Plug-In since, because we didn’t want to cause issues with customer’s cards and we also get charged every time a card is declined. For the failed transactions, Authorize.Net just has “Card declined by issuer – Contact card issuer to determine reason.”

    Can you create a test order with your own card and try processing a small payment to see if the issue is ongoing?
