    Hello,

    Thanks for the plugin, the concept looks promising as I believe many WooCommerce sites need a better stock management system.

    It took about 12 hours for the plugin to analyze about 47000 orders. At first I didn’t know the order data were being transferred to https://apifc.shelfplanner.com/ via API. I think this should be communicated properly because I thought the analysis is done on-site.

    However, after all orders were synced to the plugin’s site, there’s still nothing on the Stock Analyses menu. Do I need to do anything when the order analysis counter reaches 100%?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    thanks for testing our plugin, and thanks for your patience while our engine was processing the data to generate a forecast.

    If no data is shown in the stock performance report, it is most likely because the Cost Price for products is not entered yet.

    The idea is to show all order proposals are shown in both units and cost price, and by supplier.

    You can easily bypass this step by ticking the box ‘Include all items w/o Cost Price, in the Setting/Forecast Settings page. This should populate all tables and reports.

    Please also find some more information on the user guide;

    Initially we did calculate the sales forecast and ideal stock on the plugin side, but due to performance challenges, we have moved this to our backend. Especially with larger volumes, we want to make sure not to affect the performance of your store.

    Please let us know if you have any further thoughts or questions.
    BR.
