All orders are appearning as conversions (Woo Store)

    Hi,

    We installed and configured everything. Added our FB pixel to your plugin.

    We’re running a woocommerce store and select “ALL” under the settings of the pixel we added.

    And on Facebook, we are running 3 ads. On each ad we selected this pixel under the conversion option.

    But when we check the pixel conversions at Facebook, it’s showing all the successful order as conversion NOT the ones coming out of the 3 ADS we have set up.

    How can we fix this to show only the conversions coming from those 3 ADS?

    Hi Chris,
    if everything is set correctly on TCM (woocommerce thank you page using our conversion tracking feature) is not a problem of our plugin.

    With TCM, the pixel is fired every time a person reach the woocoommerce thank you page, then, is Facebook that SHOULD counts 1 conversion ONLY when a conversion has been completed from an Ad.

    I’ll suggest reaching Facebook Ad customer support to understand why it happens.
    Usually, they reach advertisers by phone.
