All order numbers reverted after update

  • After updating the plugin, all previous order numbers reverted to their original number. We had to roll back the plugin. Please advise.

    That’s really strange.

    Can I know whether you got the notice on your site for updating the database when you updated the plugin? If yes, did you face the problem after updating the database?

    Can you show me the setup you have done with the help of the screenshots?

    As a temporary solution, you can renumerate all the existing orders.
