All options fail to save

I’ve been a big fan of Clearfy, it packs a lot of useful features into one plugin. However, starting with the 1.5.0 release, I believe, it simply fails to save any settings, they are all at “off” values. For example, if you go to the Components tab and turn off whichever components you don’t need, then go elsewhere and come back, none of the components are disabled. Same for all the other tabs…no option changes will save. What can I provide you to help debug this?
