All of our Product Variations Stopped Working in Google Merchant Center

Are you absolutely sure the prices in the product feed are wrong or could it be the WooCommerce bug?

We had zero disapproved products and now all of a sudden, without any changes to the plugin settings, every single variation product stopped working in Merchant Center. See here:

Yes, it has nothing to do with that, we never have that error in our Merchant Center. We also never have disapproved products. Now all of a sudden only variations are disapproved because the plugin isn’t putting any variation prices into the feed correctly; after months and months of it working just fine.

@evavangelooven I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

@jdembowski of course we mean well. It’s not that easy to get product feeds configured exactly right so we’d love to help out users to make it work for them.

That being said, your point with regards to us being fully responsible for someone’s “house” when receiving the keys is well taken so we will stop asking.

@joyryde can you copy/paste the URL of the product feed generated by the plugin and name some productId’s that have been disapproved because of the incorrect pricing?

I assume this issue at hand has been resolved so I am going to close this issue for housekeeping reasons.

I think you are mistaken.

I have checked two products:

ItemId: 9319
Feed price: USD 11999
Website price: USD 11999
Structured snippet price: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool?hl=nl#url=https%3A%2F%2Fdjdeals.com%2Fproduct%2Ftouch-innovations-elite-touch-screen-dj-controller%2F%3Fattribute_model%3DElite (so between 5999 – 11999)

ItemId: 10059
Feed price: USD 28.99
Website price: USD 28.99
Structured snippet price: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool?hl=nl#url=https%3A%2F%2Fdjdeals.com%2Fproduct%2Fserato-performance-series-7-control-vinyl-timecode-record-pair%2F%3Fattribute_pa_colors%3Dclear (so between 23.99 – 28.99)

As you can see the plugin is putting the correct price (that matches the one on the website) in the product feed. The reason your products got disapproved is because of the WooCommerce structured data bug I told you before (as you can see in the links I pasted).
