All of my Facebook pages are not displayed (2 of 3)

  • I installed the plugin on my site.
    Unfortunately, after clicking “connect to facebook”, not all of my facebook pages are displayed to me.
    I have 3 pages and 2 are displayed.

    What could be the reason for the error?

  • Hi trzystronnie,

    Can you make sure you are an admin or owner of all 3 pages? You can only connect a pager if you are the owner.

    Of course I am the owner of the page.

    I created it and from the beginning I am its only administrator and owner.

    Hi trzystronnie,

    When you first signed into Facebook you may not have given us permission to connect all 3 pages. In order to see the third page now, you need to remove MobileMonkey from your FB account and then re-establish the connection with MobileMonkey. Please follow Steps 1-5 on this helpdoc:

    After you do that, go back to WordPress and try signing into your FB page again. this time make sure you select all pages that you have access to and grant all permissions.

    Let me know if you still run into trouble after doing that.
