All names – Anonymous

    Hello!

    All reviewers are listed as Anonymous (although everyone enters a names).

    You don’t know why this can happen?

    I am unable to reproduce this.
    Are you seeing any entries in the Site Reviews > Tools > Console?

    in console:
    [2019-10-29 13:26:13] NOTICE [helpers.php:68] Recalculated rating counts.

    reviews are published on the site and are displayed normally

    On the page for editing reviews, in the “details” section, the names of the authors are indicated, however on the site all authors are designated as anonymous.

    Are you using any code snippets in your theme’s functions.php file, or using any advanced customisations? Are you using any custom plugin templates in your theme?
