All my websites redirected to Porn (.ru) on cell phones

  • My hosting company is Arvixe. Anyways, I have a bunch of websites, and i just found out that all of them are getting redirected to crossdirect.ru which then flashes a bunch of domains before taking me to random russian or european porn site. This does not happen on my pc…..only my iphone 4. It happens on other peoples phones too. I ran a sucuri scan and it said to contact my hosting provider. My hosting provider said “Can you please check with support of sucuri.net and let us know which errors they are detecting on website and for which links so that we can investigate it further and find out the exact cause of the problem.” I sent them a message too, but havent heard back. Arvixe stated they can remove the .htaccess however this does not change the fact that you need to cleanse the files that are un-wanted. This is above my head. I have spent over 10 hours trying to get this fixed. CBDsoap.com is an example of one of my sites that is doing this. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.

  • Yep, definite redirect on mobile. I am sorry to hear your sites are damaged. Do you or your hosting company have a full backup of your accounts? The fastest and most sure way to repair your site is to restore from a backup made before the hack.

    Without a backup your only solution is to repair the sites. Follow this guide.

    When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.
