My stats disappeared after I updated my plug-ins. My site is https://www.juliewolk.com. The cool bar graph that showed visits is no longer on my dashboard. What happened and how do I solve this problem.

Ryan. Ryan. Ryan. You are obviously not a happiness engineer. Sigh. I specifically posted here because I too have the same problem. Luckily, someone saw my post and sent me a solution. It was a Jerpack issue.

Hi Julie! I understand where you are coming from. I’m happy to help, but we just ask that people create their own threads to request support. That helps us stay organized, and allows us to use the resolved/not resolved toggle on a case-by-case basis.

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my jetpack, as all my stats disappeared a couple of weeks ago, and it insits I get a wordpress account, that my email isn’t good enough. Have never had problems with this before and I am getting really annoyed.
My blog is wordpress but connected to my own domain at one.com.

What do I do?
