    Hello,
I allow myself to write to you because I have a problem with my file or my configuration.

I have already used your module on several sites. And it works really well. But not on this one.

All products have an “In stock” column in my CSV file. But Facebook sees them all “Out of Stock”.

I also have a filter that displays only the products in stock.
But as in my file there is the column “In Stock”, it does not change anything.

Has it ever happened to someone? What to do?
Thank you for your help, have a nice day

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Are you sure you are looking at the most recent, updated version, of your CSV file?

The ‘risk’ with updating CSV’s and downloading those to your local machine is that the filename of the CSV’s is the same with every download so the risk is high you opened an old file.

    Thank you for your answer.

    Yes it’s the latest version.

Here are screenshots of what I see on my facebook business page.

    Hi,

Thanks for the screenshots. As it shows on your Facebook business page the feed probably shows the products are in stock so I don’t think there is anything wrong with the feed itself (can you share the feed URL so we can check)?

Are your sure your Facebook shop is fed with the feed or did you manually created the products in your shop?

    Thank you for your answer.

Here is my csv : https://www.mieux-vivre.ch/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/csv/0rIQee9VhE0Q9togtSHZzufVnYVwJF8S.csv

Yes all my products are added via the file.
When I try to modify a product from the store, it tells me that it is not possible because it is imported from a feed

I have already done several Woocommerce stores and linked to Facebook but it is the first time that it does that to me ~_~

    Hi,

Thanks for sending over the CSV file. As suspected all products in the feed itself show ‘in stock’ so the feed is fine.

It somehow seems like your store is not being updated. If this issue persists I suggest you try reaching out to Facebooks support asking why that could be.

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons.

Do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
