All my posts are gone

Hi.
A few hours (approximately 2-3 hours) back I was working on re-editing a previous post. I made the necessary changes and published the post. However now that I check all my posts and pages are gone. The look of the blog is exactly the same with the sidebars and widgets. The number of comments in my admin area are the same, plugins are all ok. I don’t know what to do and how to fix this? Could someone please help?

1. I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies.
2. The frotn page says “Not Found” and then a search box.

Please help!
