Hi! First of all, the plugin is amazing, it works perfectly and its super easy to use.

But I’m having a problem. Out of the blue the plugin stoped working.
I went to see if it was ok with the popups and, for my surprise they had disappeard.
I still can see the number of popups I created but they are not showing on the list.

I did get a message saying that i’ve reached the 1000 clicks on my popups. I wonder if there’s some limitation for the free version of the plugin.

I already tryed deactivating and activating all the plugins to see if there was a conflict, but it didn’t help.

It would be amazing if you could help me with this.
    Thank you so much!

  • We are having this same issue. If we make any update to our database, the popups disappear completely. In our case, we would save the Avada Options for the Avada theme and all popups disappear.

Similar to the OP, the number in the tabs says the popups exist, except none are displayed and the popups are not showing on the site.

    This is a recent issue.

@kaironlyra – Are you using WPML by any chance? Our site IS using WPML and we are experiencign the exact same issue. I sent a note to WP Popupmaker Customer Support.

If you are using WMPL, that might be something common that could be causing an issue.

    Hi @kaironlyra

Good day, and thanks for writing in!

We are sorry to hear you are having this issue on your site. We have received the same report via our Helpscout. I made some tests with Popup Maker using my test environment, but I did not see any issues with Popup Maker.

I also checked your site and saw there is a multilingual plugin. Could you please resynching the post format for the multilingual plugin and see if that will help fix the issue.

I would also suggest following our documentation on how to debug the site to isolate any plugin/theme conflict. Please see it here Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker

On the other hand, if you have a server cache or CDN, kindly clear the cache and temporarily disable it before proceeding with the debugging process.

    I hope that helps.

Please let us know how it goes or if this fixes the issue. Should the issue persist, please send us a message at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ including the error log from Popup Maker. You may download it under Popup Maker > Tools.

@seanrnicholson Yes I do have WPML and all its addons, and apparently that was the problem. If these instructions helps you we can close this thread.

@belimperial I’ve followed your instructions and it seems to work again. My popups are back.

    Thank you!!

@kaironlyra or @belimperial – Any chance you can point me to what exactly you did to fix this? I don’t see any setting in WPML to “sync post format” so I’m not sure what I’m looking for to fix this.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I disabled all the WPML plugins and enabled again.
On the first try I did it separatly and it didn’t work, but by disabling all of them, it seems to work.

@kaironlyra – that worked perfectly. Thanks for the assistance.

@belimperial – This issue is resolve for us, as well.

In case anyone in the future has this issue, the process for resolution is:
    1) Disable all WPML plugins
    2) Re-enable all WPML plugins
    3) For any popups that have been translated, edit each one and re-apply the correct language for the popup.

    Thanks
