All my plugins are broke

I was having some trouble with tinymce. Forum posts suggested getting rid of my plugins to see if one of them might be the issue. I *moved* my plugins to a temp folder, tested tinymce, problem not solved. So I *moved* my plugins back into the plugins folder, but now *none* of the plugins show up in the admin interface. I’ve tried recycling my web server, and I’ve even blown permissions wide open in case something odd happened there.

Any ideas?
