All my links are down !

  • Your site is in maintenance mode, so no-one can see the links or the errors, but my guess would be that you should start by looking at permalinks and .htaccess. If you changed your permalinks and .htaccess did not get updated because wordpress couldn’t write to the file, that might cause the 404 errors.
