All my created Quiz got deleted

I am shocked. When I login my wordpress…I saw all my created quizzes got deleted. List is empty. I had created more than 25 quizzes and I was getting a good response from viewers. I had not made any backup so it is really heart breaking thing for me.

Don’t know which bug did that!! If someone there can help me to get all my quizzes back..I will be very obliged.
