All my comments are spam

I am just curious. Akismet did a great job detecting the spam comments because I am using auto-post on my comments but some of them are related to my topics.

Like I am discussing on a local feature in my blog post, there is this one comment that is really related to what I wrote. Does Akismet label all comment as spam then it is with the site admin if he want to approve it?
