All menus always visible

    Hi,
    I have followed instructions and attempted to create 1 menu that is made up of 2 halves. The first half to be visible to logged out users. and the 2nd halve to be visible to logged in users.

    No matter what I try, the entire menu is visible to everyone all the time – what could be the reason this is happening?
