All members not showing

Hello,

I am trying this plugin out before buying the full version. I created a tree with 16 people over five generations. At first, they all showed up in the tree. Then I logged out of WP and looked at it. Only two generations were showing. I logged back in and checked it and only three generations are now showing. The top two generations are not there. It seems after any change, the tree shows up in part or not at all. Very inconsistent. I realize I could have a plugin compatibility issue.

I have the short code set for the family id but not with the root. If I add the family root option in the short code nothing shows at all. I did not think there was a limit to the amount of generations in the free version and I am not near 200 people. Does anyone have an idea?
