Thanks for your help. I can’t believe I didn’t do this before restoring a previous backup!

Looks like reCaptcha by Web Soft was causing the issue. Any suggestion for a reCaptcha plugin that will protect my Comments and work with Ultimate Member?

You will need to find another ReCaptcha plugin for your comment feature.
