all lists show 0, while it have users!

    all lists show 0 in the send page, while it have users and show users numbers in mailpoet lists at the previous steps!.

    when i try to send email – using any list – it says “There are no subscribers in that list!”

    How can i fix it?… May be a pug in the last mailepoet plugin update?…

    So, if you go to “Subscribers”, are there subscribers on your site?

    You mentioned that the lists show “0” on the sending page, but do they show also “0” in MailPoet -> Lists? Can you add subscribers to your lists from there if they’re really empty?

    We don’t have any known issue regarding this, so it can be that your lists are actually emptied (due to a plugin/theme conflict or by something deleting the tables in your database), but all details you can include can help us understand better what’s going on.
