I’m suddenly experiencing an issue with this plugin because all iframe or forms in frontend are displaying a 404 error (not found). I’ve tried by saving custom permalinks in WordPress settings but nothing changes. I’ve also tried changing the iframe slug name, emptied the cache, disabled cache.. but I’m always getting the 404 error. How can I solve this? Where is the problem?

    Hi, @fidoboy.

I’m glad you reached out. I can certainly help you.

What is likely happening here is that you already have a page, post, or custom post type using the give URL/slug.

In this case, you can change the URL prefix by navigating to Donations > Settings > Advanced > Advanced Options > Form Page URL Prefix. In this field, add a different prefix that you are not using elsewhere for pages, posts or CPTs. After that, your forms should work.

I’ve installed the GiveWP v3 rc6 and it works fine now. May be it’s because the iframe is not using the slug now. Any case, it works fine.

I already tried what you suggested but nothing worked. And there is no other pages or custom permalinks using the same slug I was using. In fact I was using the same slug many time with no problem until suddenly it stopped working.
