  • Hi there @ldaines,

Do you have any security plugins activated at all? As a 403 error is a HTTP response code for “forbidden” and is usually caused by security plugins or specific .htaccess rules.

    Thanks!

    Hi @wysija,

Actually, I do have SecuPress and WPBruiser installed. I went through the settings and found nothing that could block access to your pages, and there are no specific rules in my .htaccess file either.
The problem only occured once, I’ve been sending several newsletter before that with this same configuration without any problems. And I tried duplicating the faulty newsletter and sent it to a test list, and it worked fine.
I will keep you posted if the problem ever occurs again.
    Thanks for your time.

    Hi Lawrence,
