All invoices with a single click -> print

This feature isn’t implemented yet. Will add it to my list. ??

Archiving invoices (all existing / given time / number range ) as a zip and providing a download (kind of backup feature) would be great.

The accountant bookkeeper of my customer asked for exactly this.

She described it as:
All invoices of a given month in a list, containing

• invoice number
• date
• name of client (if available)
• amount (without taxes)
• taxes
• total, including taxes

Can you give a notice in this thread if this gets implemented?

Another quarter of the year past, so my customer’s bookkeeper asked me again to automate this. I looked further and found out a list of the invoice totals can be made using the WP All Export plugin. (Slightly confusing is that the title in the WP plugin search results is ‘Export WordPress data to XML/CSV’). There’s also a convenient youtube video about how to set it up.

I’ve created an Issue #36 to implement this kind of features into the plugin. But it will take some time to develop. In the meantime you can just use third party plugins.

@raconda the premium version has the ability to bulk download to zip and bulk generate.

For printing I’ve also created an Issue #143 where you can track development.
