All information just stopped on Dec. 7 2016

  • There are also no graphs in the overview. The external API has been changed and activated. Dec. 7th is the last time any new information appears. I wish I could tell you more. This is a self hosted blog. As far as I recall nothing changed and I have another blog of a friend on that same machine and it works fine on hers.

    I know you provide this free and I am not in a position to make demands. Any help you could give would greatly appreciated.

    Ok, here’s a clue. If I install and activate the old “Statpress “Visitors” plugin, this plugin starts working. If I deactivate the old “Statpress “Visitors” plugin, NewStatpress stops working.

    Hi,

    “Statpress “Visitors” and NewStatpress uses the same table (wp_statpress) so they should not be used together (otherwise you record twice data).

    Please try to use the repair table function onto NewStatPress utility as I suspect you had a damaged table.

    Else try the new version as it has a new API implementation.
