All In One WP Security message won't go away

After reactivating the All In One WP Security plugin I see the following message. The message won’t go away no matter how many times I click Yes.

“Would you like All In One WP Security & Firewall to re-insert the security rules in your .htaccess file which were cleared when you deactivated the plugin?”
